Tasting note

This terroir wine comes from the Bela Voda region, which is composed of clay soils enjoying a soft Mediterranean climate. Bela Voda single vineyard wine has a violet dark red colour with blue reflection, classy aromas and flavours of crème de cassis, liquorice, graphite and floral nuances. It is a full-bodied wine with an elegant and nicely focused profile on the palate. Still showing the hedonistic, sweetly fruited slant of the estate, it has solid concentration, ripe tannin and impressive length.

Food

Pairs best with deer, stag in wild berry sauce, pheasant or wild boar.

Tasting note

The chilly nights and warm, dry days in Barovo, located in the bosom of Kožuf Mountain, enabled us to craft an opulent, powerful and perfectly balanced blend of Vranec and Kratošija. The colour is inky black with a purple nuance, and the aroma is very complex, with dried blackberries, raspberries and dried plums. Balanced acidity and soft tannins make this wine full and extractive, with a powerful structure and a long, juicy aftertaste.

Food

Pairs best with lamb, prime ribs, wild boar or sweet-and-sour morsels.
